“Client” means any individual who has downloaded the application and completed registration for availing the services offered by the company.
“Service Provider” or “Driver” means an Individual who use this Application to give rides or to provide services.
"Attend" or "us" or "we" or "our" or “Company” mean Attend Pvt. Ltd.
"ETT" means the Estimated Travel Time of the Ride, provided by the any vehicle associated with Attend during the Ride, which shall change from time to time.
"EAT" means the Estimated Arrival Time of the Ride, Services provided by Attend vehicle, which shall change from time to time.
"Personal Information" means information regarding yourself which can be collected through the Application, such as Name, Address, Email, and Phone Number, Date of birth, Blood group and the other information that you provide through the app, which may identify you as an Application user.
“Usage Data” Usage Data is data collected automatically through the application.
“Data Controller” means the natural or legal person who (either alone or jointly or in common with other persons) determines the purposes for which and the manner in which any personal information are, or are to be, processed.
For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, we are a Data Controller of your Personal Data.
“Data Processors (or Service Providers)” means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Data Controller.

While using the application if you are service provider, you shall provide us with information such as Name, Address, location, phone.no, E-mail, vehicle no. And if you are a client, the type of vehicle required, location, Name, E-mail, Phone no. When you use Our Application, We will also collect your technical data such as, internet protocol address, internet device identity (ID) or media access control address, and information regarding the manufacturer, model and operating system of the device that you use to access the Application. We use these data to allow us to send the Application’s functions, to resolve technical difficulties, to provide you the correct and updated version of the Application as well as to improve the Application’s function.
If you are a client, and are using the application for an instant vehicle service or other relevant services, you will have to provide us your authorized number where the ambulance provider will contact you to complete the further process.
If you are a service provider, you have to provide us an authorized number in which customers can contact anytime and be guided about the service enrolled.
Information which we collect when you use the application.
If you are a customer, we will be tracking and collecting the GPS information in real time and other relevant information to enable you to constantly locate, monitor and send information to the service provider.
If you are a service provider, your GPS information also will be monitored. These data are used to send you location to the customers. Both customer and service providers are able to disable GPS system but once GPS is turned off our system will not be operating accordingly.
We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device (“Usage Data”).
This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

If you are service provider, after receiving an order from customer, we will give your information such as Name, Phone number, Geo-location, Vehicle identification number to the customer to contact you.
You hereby agree and give us power to share your personal information to the service provider if you are customer and to customer if you are a service provider.
Your personal information will be secured in the system. However, there is a possibility that the client may save your data in their device. We are not liable for any data being recorded in such manner and neither for the communication between client and service provider outside the application.
We shall not share your personal information to any party other than client/service provider. However, we will disclose your personal information if it is required by Law, Government in case of dispute or in emergency condition relating to your health and safety.
We shall not sell or lease your personal data to any third party.
